Purpose of the storage of personal data
In principle, we only store your personal data if you are a client or an active business relation of Spot on Sales, or if you have approached us on your own initiative with regard to a possible assignment, job application or cooperation.
We store business data that is necessary in relation to the execution of our work, such as sending an invoice, making appointments, delivering a service you have purchased or informing you of developments within our organisation or area of expertise that are relevant to you.
Type of personal data
We only store functional and often mandatory information. If you are not an existing client or business relation, we will only store data when you have actively provided us with this data and with your express permission.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We work with a limited number of suppliers that could possibly process your data. We will only do this in the event that this is necessary for the adequate execution of our work. We always make arrangements with these suppliers to ensure that they are careful with your data and only use it for a specific purpose.
Storage period
We will not store your personal data any longer than necessary. This means that we will store some personal data for a maximum period of 7 years in order to comply with legal requirements. For other data, we apply functional terms such as the completion of an assignment.
